As CEO of One Resource Group, a full-service brokerage firm based in Roanoke, Indiana, Todd J. Stewart has developed a company with over 85 insurance specialists who focus on life, long-term-care, disability, life settlements, estate planning and premium finance.  Under his direction, One Resource Group has become one of the largest privately held Brokerage General Agencies in the industry, focusing on providing education to over fifty thousand licensed advisors across the country through over 100 of the best insurance companies in the industry.  One Resource Group has been a leader in the industry for sales concepts, technology, licensing and innovative lead programs.  By partnering with Financial Institutions, Broker Dealers, RIA’s Broker Dealers, Producer Groups, Career Insurance Carriers, Mortgage Firms, Direct Sales Outlets, Property and Casualty Agencies and Employee Benefit Groups, One Resource Group continues to stay ahead of the distribution curve.

Todd graduated from Indiana University with degrees in Marketing, Management, Psychology and Communication.  He has been in the insurance industry for 25 years and participates on 15 insurance advisory boards.  He was nominated for Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2008 and finished runner-up in the Midwest.   He has two boys and has been married to his wife, Catrina, for over 16 years.  He enjoys playing golf, boating, travel and spending quality time with his children.  He was Leukemia and Lymphoma’s Man of the Year in 2007 and continues to support multiple charities in the community.

Currently, Todd serves on product development and distribution committees, most notably for AXA, North American, Allianz and Legal and General. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and Management from Indiana University with minors in Psychology and Communication.

The “Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year” Award recognizes leaders with unstoppable ambition. To be eligible, individuals should be the founder or the current executive responsible for the day to day operations of the for-profit business. This is typically the CEO or President. Individuals should be in their role for a minimum of two years, and the business should be operational for at least two years. The “Leukemia and Lymphoma’s Man of the year” Award is philanthropic competition to support blood cancer research. Candidates form powerful fundraising teams and compete in honor of two local children who are blood cancer survivors. The man and woman who have raised the most funds during the ten-week campaign are awarded the prestigious title of Man or Woman of the Year in their community. Michael began his career in the financial services industry at Lord Abbett in 1998. He joined ORG Partners Advisor Group in 2019 as the firm's President where he primarily focuses on business development and strategic partnership initiatives.

Michael also serves as a Founding Advisor of Castleview Partners, an independent financial advisory firm with the primary focus of providing objective guidance and advice to clients in order to help them achieve their lifetime financial goals. Most recently, and prior to founding Castleview, Michael served as a President's Club Level Financial Advisor at Stifel Financial, where he provided executives and successful entrepreneurs with asset management and advanced financial planning services.

Mr. Mansur is a Certified Financial Planner™ and a member of the Financial Planning Association. He is also a graduate of the Investment Strategist Certificate Program at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. In addition to FINRA Series 65 license, he holds a Life and Health Insurance license.

Michael is a 1997 graduate of Texas Christian University. He and his wife and three children live in Dallas.

Clint Sorenson, CFA®, CMT® a Co-Founder of ORG Partners Advisor Group. For the last decade, Clint has been focused on innovative strategies for enhancing and accelerating the traditional investment landscape. He has developed several proprietary quantitative strategies that combine behavioral, fundamental and technical analysis for a truly holistic market view.

Clint’s work across ORG Partners Advisor Group is diverse and broad-reaching. Clint oversees the development and maintenance of all asset allocation models for our advisors. The purpose of his strategies is to equip advisors to mitigate risk while attempting to maximize value over the long term.

Clint is also a contributor to industry literature, providing content and insights to platforms including Forbes, Seeking Alpha, and The Resilient Advisor Podcast. Clint was recognized in 2018 as one of 40 financial professionals selected for the InvestmentNews 2018 40 Under 40 List. He has also authored several index methodologies that are tracked by exchange traded funds and accessible using direct indexing.

Clint is a past President of the CFA Society North Carolina, as well as a former board member of the CMT Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Chartered Market Technician.

As EVP of Marketing and Chief of Staff, Dustin is involved in many aspects of the business including marketing, operations and team development. He is responsible for maintaining ORG’s commitment to remain on the leading edge of technology for the industry. By partnering with industry professionals and ORG’s internal team, Dustin has helped facilitate an agent experience that is unmatched. Dustin led a team that created a website that ties together contracting, quoting, applications, case administration and commissions with one single sign on to help improve this agent experience. He has also worked to craft a state-of-the-art CRM platform that is utilized by ORG’s internal associates and key accounts that allow them to not only work efficiently, but also track and monitor their business progress in real time.

Development of distribution education is a huge part of what Dustin does for ORG. By identifying training needs, conducting webinars, one-on-one sessions, regional meetings and developing concept pieces, Dustin helps provide a training platform that aids agents in building their business organically while exceeding their goals. Dustin has participated in several pilot and advisory programs for top insurance carriers for marketing, technology and agent education. 

Prior to coming to ORG, Dustin held management roles at several companies in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area specializing in team recruiting and development. He received his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision with a concentration in technology from Purdue University. He was a member of the baseball team at his university while earning his degree. He later earned a Post Bachelor Certificate of Accounting from Indiana University.

As a member of ORG’s Charitable Giving Committee, Dustin remains active in the community through the different outreach initiatives that the company is involved in. Outside of ORG, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife, Abby, and their four children. Fishing, golfing and coaching youth athletics are a few of Dustin’s passions away from the office.

As Executive Vice President, Tony brings more than 15 years of life insurance expertise and distribution development to One Resource Group.  In his role over the past 12 years with ORG, Tony assists agents and advisors with advanced marketing concepts, agency development and point of sale support with affluent clientele.   He also works with national accounts and large distribution partners with agency build out and developing infrastructure processes.  Tony is the Variable Principal for ORG; holding his FINRA Series 6 and 63 securities licenses, as well as his insurance licenses in 40+ states.

Prior to joining One Resource Group, Tony was an Independent Advisor with New York Life Insurance Company.  Tony worked directly with new clients to assist them with their family, business and estate planning.  Tony received his Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in Organizational Leadership and Supervision and was a member of the Purdue Fort Wayne baseball team.

Tony has been married for the past 13 years and has three wonderful boys.  He is also actively involved in the community, his church and is a member of several foundations and charities in the Fort Wayne area.  In his minimal free time, he enjoys attending Notre Dame football games, golf, traveling and spending as much time as he can with his family.

As a Business Development Specialist, Caleb is charged with identifying key opportunities for ORG Partners Advisor Group and the advisor. Caleb helps recruit, develop and service new advisors to the ORG Partners Advisor Group platform. Caleb works with advisors to aid in outlining clients’ goals and match them with products that help them accomplish those goals. Caleb has fostered relationships with many key carriers and works as the advocate with ORG Partners Advisor Group advisors and the insurance carriers. Caleb is recognized in the office as the “go to” for detailed and complicated annuity solutions and prides himself on maintaining a wealth of knowledge that can be leveraged by the advisors working with him.

Prior to ORG Partners Advisor Group, Caleb spent many years as a top producing agent with Banker’s Life. During his time there, he spent two years as a Field Trainer where his role was developing new agents and helping them build their business. His experience has made him a valuable resource to advisors for complex case design and client needs consultation.

Caleb studied Criminal Justice with a concentration in Psychology at Indiana University. He is married with two children. Caleb and his wife, Paula, lead Children’s Ministries at their church. He also enjoys coaching his boy’s youth baseball teams.

As the Senior Investment Consultant for ORG Partners Advisor Group (“ORG Partners”), Max Rockwell focuses on all aspects of the investment management process for our advisors. Max works closely with advisors to help onboard their firms to the investment platform, helping educate them on the firm’s investment philosophy and pinpointing ways to improve client portfolios. Additionally, Max assists with portfolio construction, model creation, investment due diligence, and client facing discussions.Prior to joining ORG Partners, Max was an Associate at Ayco, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs. Here, he worked with Ayco advisors, supporting them on a broad range of responsibilities including portfolio construction, client servicing, trades and general operations. Max has also worked at Fidelity in their workplace investing division.Max holds an MBA and B.S. from Southern Methodist University. While at SMU, Max was a member of the soccer team and helped manage the Nancy Chambers Underwood Graduate Endowment portfolio. A long-time soccer player, he’s still an avid fan, always cheering on the Mustangs from home

Cathy is a financial services veteran with over 30 years of experience in the financial advisory business. She began her career at Weber, Hall, Sale & Associates in Dallas, an independent broker/dealer and boutique investment management firm. Cathy has held increasingly responsible relationship management, operations and sales positions in the industry, most notably rising through the ranks to Vice President while working for eleven years at Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown, eight of which were as an associate in Dallas and three at Corporate Headquarters in Baltimore as a NASDAQ liaison trader.

In 2004, Cathy joined SummitAlliance Investment Group (later becoming Argentus Capital Management) in Dallas making her initial foray into the RIA world. She began as Relationship Manager, moving up to Regional then Senior Vice President of Sales, where she focused on recruiting and onboarding advisors entering the independent arena. It was there that she first developed her special talent for facilitating the entry of large institutional advisors into the independent world.

Recruited to TD Ameritrade Institutional in 2013, Cathy served as Team Manager for Institutional Sales and Business Support. There again, her role involved assisting advisors on the path to independence. Her sensitivity and effectiveness with people in that role, complementing and exemplifying her service as a community volunteer led her to being selected to participate in TD Ameritrade’s nationally recognized marketing campaign, “Meet the Humans Behind Human Finance.” In late 2015, Cathy joined newly formed RIA Castleview Partners, LLC as Vice President – Director of Operations and Trading, a role in which she served until joining ORG Partners in April 2021.

Cathy attended the University of Kansas and Southern Methodist University School of Law. She has held numerous securities licenses during her career, currently maintaining her Series 66 with ORG Partners. Cathy is most passionate about her volunteer work with Rays of Light Dallas, an organization serving special needs children in the DFW community (raysoflightdallas.org). In addition, she serves as an usher and greeter at Lovers Lane United Methodist Church. Cathy loves animals, cooking, good wine, and has a special fondness for spending time each summer in Big Sky, Montana.
